Governance of the BYU e-Design Site

The BYU e-Design site follows the conduct rules established for the Center for e-Design, also adhering to all NSF regulations. All members will sign a contract defining the relationship between the site university and the member company or organization.

Each participating organization should designate a person to sit on the Center for e-Design Industrial Advisory Board (IAB) and attend the annual meeting where projects are identified and prioritized.

  1. Legal contract signed by the member company
  2. Bylaws (doc version, pdf version) used to detail the relationship between the Center products and member companies.
